As for the food, one salad had no dressing and the fried chicken on top was stale. The other salad was supposed to have Italian dressing, and it tasted like canola oil. On the plus side, we received an order of bread, but I'm not sure if it was free because of the wait or a mistake on our order.
Love the ravioli and the mac and cheese is great. Always friendly staff.
This restaurant was closed for however long so it could renovate and is supposed to be under new management. I have to say, I was thoroughly unimpressed. The quality of the food, the ambiance, and the customer service is not worth the bloated prices on the menu. I will never eat here again, not even delivery. They should have closed the place and kept it closed.
Staff very friendly and helpful music was on but not blaring ,food was very good and in a timely manner
We couldn't even speak to the manager because apparently they were a no-call, no-show. Our waitress quit while we were there, and the only other waiter on duty was having to help in the kitchen, wait tables, AND bus because there was no one else to help! Oh, and did I mention the cook on duty had never worked in the kitchen before??
Calzones here are very good, but prepare to wait even with fairly straightforward orders— it’s not a fast food place! Wait staff always pleasant and I rarely see it crowded.
We had an hour for lunch and were due to be back at 1:20, which obviously didn't happen. We spent an hour just waiting on two salads and five chicken wings TO GO.
I will not go back to this location again. Last time I went there, I ordered online (click4ameal) and they made my pizza with red peppers instead of red onions. I didn't notice until I got all the way home. I tried them again, and they did the exact same thing! Fortunately, I checked before I left this time. Was supposed to have red onions and mushrooms only on half, sausage on the whole. Had to wait for them to remake another one. Took it home, only to discover they put red onions on half, and mushrooms on the other half! They refunded my money and said a manager would call. Nobody ever called though! Terrible customer service. Terrible performance.
We arrived at the restaurant at roughly 12:35. It was almost twenty minutes before our waitress asked what we wanted to drink. We did not receive our food until sometime around 1:30. There was a couple that came in AFTER us and was waited on BEFORE us. Also, they ordered, received a whole pizza, and finished eating before we got our food.
