After test driving the vehicle we went in to talk price. They offered a price far more expensive than what they advertised on their site. I showed them the print off of their web-page and then they left to checked it out and to verify what I was showing them.
I had a great experience with our salesman Jim Hall. I will recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Jim went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. I had lots of questions and did a lot of research on a few vehicles. Jim answered them all. Thank you sid Dillon I am loving my new vehicle.
Sid Dillon's changed me from avoiding dealer service to now accepting them as the ONLY place to go for service. Why?? How?? Simple ---- friendly, courteous, professional, honest fairest, nicest people EVER!!!!! Whether it is Service, Parts, Sales, Receptionist, Janitorial, ANYBODY you run into, it is going to be your best experience. I asked Blake & Sid Jr. What prompts them to provide excellence in taking care of their customers. They responded that their Father, Sid Senior, told them that if a customer walks away who is not happy, they must have done something wrong. You know???? It is great to go there and not have to experience the feeling that they are trying to rip you off!! They are absolutely AMAZING! & REFRESHING in this day and age.
The manager claimed it was a technical "glitch" and that wasn't the price. The best he could do was $2,500 over the advertised price.

Their service staff is top notch, always respectful and friendly, and they always go over the details of the service they performed with us and are happy to answer any questions we may have. The sales staff is great and have never tried to 'push' anything on us when we were searching for our new vehicles. Kudos to Aaron Brown and the entire staff! There are many other dealerships much closer to where we live, but when someone goes out of their way to treat us this well, it is very much worth the drive!
