Not only a great experience while purchasing, but we've also had reliable, dependable vehicles for our entire family. We have purchased and leased both new and used vehicles. One experience that stands out among the rest, our son turned 16 and we purchased a used and fairly old vehicle. We were obviously concerned with safety on an older/used car so John Graham, our dealer and the maintenance team went through every detail with us to make sure we understood where we may need future maintenance and what things worked really well on the car. My son has had the vehicle for 4 years and everything they discussed with us, was 100% accurate. I am driving my Jeep now for 6 years, with absolutely 0 maintenance issues other than the wear and tear, such as new tires, etc. Definitely trustworthy people, reliable vehicles, and overall a great place to make such an important purchase for yourself and family members.

We called ahead looking for an SUV with certain specifications. Josh VanBuskirk listened, said he had a couple vehicles that fit the description and to come on in. When we got there I saw the two vehicles parked in front that he described to me. When I met him in the building he said that a vehicle just arrived and it was perfect for us. We test drove the vehicle and he was right, it was perfect for us. The manager came in to meet us; Ashley made us feel like we were the best customers they ever had. Then Tony in financing listen to us and got the financing we needed, better % than my bank of 25 years gave us. From the time we got there to the time we left the lot it was just under 3 hours but it didn't feel like it because of how they treated us while we were there. I'll definitely go back for my next car and I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.
